OneRoster version clarity and smoother “add meeting” flows

OneRoster Version Display Improved, Plus Smoother 'Add Meeting' Flows

Two friction points that affect different people—but both during the parts of conference setup that should feel routine.

Schedulers and registrars now see OneRoster version information displayed clearly in the integration area, so there's no ambiguity about which version of the spec your SIS connection is using. This matters when troubleshooting a sync discrepancy or confirming setup with an IT contact who asks which version you're on.

On the scheduling side, the Add Meeting flow from within the schedule view has fewer dead ends. Previously, certain combinations of event configuration and teacher availability could drop users into a state with no clear path forward. Those paths are now resolved, so staff can add meetings from the schedule without needing to navigate back to a different screen to complete the action.
