Snappier parent agenda after canceling a meeting

Cancel a Meeting and Get Right Back to Scheduling—No Waiting, No Jumping

Canceling a meeting in the middle of a booking session should be a minor course correction, not a page refresh. In previous versions, canceling a meeting from the agenda caused the interface to reload or jump unexpectedly—enough of a jolt that parents sometimes had to reorient themselves before continuing.

The agenda now updates in place when a meeting is canceled. The slot opens immediately, the rest of the schedule stays stable, and parents can continue booking without losing their context in the interface. On conference nights when families are managing multiple children's schedules in a single session, this kind of small smoothness adds up to a noticeably better experience.
