Teacher Lists in the Parent Portal Now Fully Refresh After Roster Changes

Mid-year roster changes are a fact of life: teachers move between grades, students transfer, and class assignments shift after the start of school. When those changes happen in the SIS but the parent portal continues showing the old teacher list, families end up scheduling with the wrong person—and the confusion lands back on the front office.

Teacher lists in the parent portal now perform a full refresh when synced roster data changes, rather than merging new data on top of the existing list. The merge approach created "ghost" teachers—staff members whose assignment had changed but who remained visible in the booking interface because the old record wasn't cleanly removed. Full refresh eliminates ghosts, so parents always see the teachers their students are actually assigned to.
