An inclusive conference isn't just one where parents can schedule—it's one where parents can participate fully when they arrive. For families whose primary language isn't English, that often means needing a translator in the room.

Parents can now request a translator during the scheduling flow, and that request travels with the agenda so teachers and front office staff see it before conference night. Scheduler preferences also capture language context, giving the organizing team visibility into how many translated sessions to plan for across the event.

Language preference now appears on printed agendas and reports, so staff working the front desk can match families to interpreters quickly without consulting a separate spreadsheet.

For schools and implementation partners expanding to new communities, this release includes a practical locale checklist: the steps needed to add a new language, from flag and locale code selection through content review and testing. The checklist reflects lessons learned from the languages already live in the product and is designed to make each new locale launch faster and more consistent.
