Agenda drawer polish, reliable tours, and Japanese locale refresh

Smoother Agenda Drawer, Reliable Onboarding Tours, and Refreshed Japanese Copy

The best product improvements are the ones users never have to think about—because what was janky is now smooth. This release focused on three areas that generate quiet friction.

Guided tours are now bundled with the application rather than loaded from an external source. Tours that previously failed to appear in certain network environments or browser configurations now launch consistently for all users, including parents encountering the scheduling flow for the first time.

The agenda drawer—the panel parents use to review and modify their conference schedule—now behaves more predictably when opened on mobile devices, with scroll behavior that doesn't compete with the page behind it.

Finally, the Japanese locale received a content refresh. Several translated strings that had drifted from how the interface actually works were updated to reflect current functionality, making the experience feel locally written rather than machine-translated.
